YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
Your first appointment will be from an hour to an hour and half. This is a very relaxed process and you will be asked a series of questions about your life, your health problems and the impact this has on your daily life. All on a strictly confidential basis to ensure your privacy is maintained.
I will be making notes as you speak and I may ask you some questions that will seem a bit odd. For example "what foods don't you like" or "what is your thirst like" or do you feel worse at a particular time of day". All these questions are homoeopathically relevant and help me choose the right remedy for you.
I won't press you to answer anything you feel uncomfortable with, however, the more information you can give me, the better chance
I have of selecting a remedy that will act well for you.
No two people are the same and therefore, the remedy for you will be quite different from another person. Even for a similar illness or ailment.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
After your case has ben taken, you will be given a homeopathic remedy. This could be in the form of pills or drops. Sometimes more analysis of your case will be required, and your remedy will therefore be sent out in the post. This will also be the case if your appointment has been by video call.
If possible you will receive your remedy on the day, which you can either take straight away or take later at home. The choice is yours, however you feel most comfortable.
We will then need to meet up again in approximately 4 weeks time. This is longer than most other types of therapy as homeopathic remedies can have a long action period and will still be working in you for 1 month or longer after you have taken them.
If your particular case requires a sooner re-appointment, you will be advised of this.
